Our system is designed to be as simple as possible. There is no training required to use it and it works on any Windows-based computer. Usually, any file can be retrieved with just a mouse click, and re-filed by closing the window. If you need a file during the scanning process, it can be downloaded from our web site or we will burn it to disk and send it to you or a third party if requested.
Once your files have been converted to digital format, they can be shared with any satellite office or any authorized personnel that you choose - quickly and inexpensively.
